Meet Alfredo
Hi, I am Alfredo Metere, the founder of Metere Consulting LLC, an active professional with decades of experience in computational science, especially heterogeneous high performance computing and AI. I’m known in the field for having written some of the fastest computational physics codes worldwide. I have been running IT/technical consulting businesses in Italy, Sweden and USA since 2002. I enjoy working on those problems that folks usually describe as “impossible”. Because of that, I have developed strong creative problem solving skills that helped me achieve the results for which I am known in the industry.
Being a polymath with a PhD in Physical Chemistry, a MS in Materials Chemistry and a BS in Industrial Biotechnology, I always enjoyed working cross-functionally, and my knowledge is not just widespread, but also deep. As much as needed.
I can either work as an individual contributor, or by hiring a team of experts to match the complexity of the work to do.
I am very passionate about working in the fields for which I provide consultancy, to the point that I am proud of it, stand by it and ready to put my signature on it.
